For me counselling is a collaboration between the Counsellor and Client. Building trust in our relationship is crucial.
I recommend starting sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis to allow us to assemble consistency and momentum. As a Person- Centred counsellor I focus on the areas of your life you want to bring to your sessions. It means that we will explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions and then gradually put together the pieces of your experiences you may struggle with. Counselling is also a learning process, involving communication, building trust, finding coping skills and self-realization which will lead you to the transformation you are searching for.

How Do We Start? We will start with a free telephone or online consultation when we will talk about your requirements and decide between us if my services are the best solution for you. If I feel you would be better using other services or resources, I will signpost you to any other services, which I feel may be more beneficial.
